Individual Sessions
During individual sessions, we explore history, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal experiences in order to enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being, promote self-awareness and autonomy, and to identify and remove barriers to achieving one’s goals and identity.
Group Sessions
During group sessions, members address common concerns, share experiences, and provide mutual support. Benefits include: shared support and validation, increased self-awareness, learning from others, enhanced empathy and compassion, peer feedback and accountability.
Corporate Group Sessions
Corporate group sessions are informative events furnished specifically for your company on the topic of achieving personal wellness. These sessions are not intended to provide therapy, but to teach your tribe how to build a healthy emotional, and active life that is meaningful and sustainable.
